Despite of animal protection activists', including Kyiv City Society for the Protection of Animals, recurrent protests against inhumane and illegal methods of Municipal strays capture service M.Kuchinskiy headed, this functionary survived all tempests. After years of futile efforts we finally succeeded: Kyiv major Leonid Chernovetskiy announced dismissal of the "main flayer in the metropolis".
Kyiv City Society for the Protection of Animals is proud of its probable contribution into this decision of Kyiv city administration.
